Dane Fosgard — Owner

Dane founded TC Tennis & Pickleball out of a lifelong love for the game and a drive to bring real racquet-sport expertise to Traverse City. As a USPTA-certified tennis professional, he's spent years coaching players of all levels — from beginners picking up a racquet for the first time to competitive juniors and adults sharpening their game — and that hands-on coaching experience shapes every product recommendation he makes in the shop.

Dane is an authorized dealer for Babolat, Wilson, Head, Yonex, Solinco, Holbrook, Selkirk, Joola, and more, and has traveled to tennis clubs across the U.S. and Europe to stay close to the sport and the equipment that top players trust. That firsthand experience means he can speak to the real differences between brands and models, not just spec sheets — whether you're outfitting a first racquet or dialing in tournament-level string tension.

Lilly Andrews — General Manager

Lilly has played tennis for years and keeps our shop current on the latest tennis and pickleball products and promotions. She also manages our tournament booths and fundraising partnerships around Traverse City. You will find her creating content and posting it to our social media, or chatting away with customers. She has her Bachelor's of Science in Business Mangement and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, and is currently attending University of Michigan-Dearborn for her Master in Marketing. Lilly is happy to help with product questions, order concerns, current promotions, in-store concerns, or fundraising opportunities.

Carson Poole — Head Racquet and Paddle Technician

Carson is our head racquet and paddle technician, with deep knowledge of racquet, string, and paddle selection to match your game. He handles every stringing job in-house to ensure top-quality results and is always available in the shop to answer questions. Whether you're new to tennis or pickleball or a seasoned competitor, Carson is ready to help you find the right equipment.
